Main Responsibilities 主要职责	Weight 比重
1) Confirm and monitor variable cost in co-packers and branch to meet the annual budget. Conduct Monthly stock-taking and monthly yield and toll fee settlement with the branch and co-packers. 确认并监控分公司及代加工厂的可变成本以达成预算。进行每月盘点、月度收获率以及与代工厂的费用结算;	25%
2) Improve branch and co-packer performance so as to meet the targets of quality index, material yields, utility consumption, labor cost and order fulfillment rate. 提高分公司及代工厂的绩效以达到质量指标，材料消耗指标，水电汽消耗，人工成本和订单完成率；	25%
3) Implement and train SOPs issued by each function departments of SCMC so as to ensure co-packing business is effectively and efficiently operated in branch and co-packers. 培训与执行SCMC职能部门发布的SOP以确保分公司和代加工业务运作的有效性和准确性；	20%
4) Work together with QAR, engineer and logistics team in site management. Build effective communication channel within branch and co-packer by win-win strategy. 与质量保证代表和物流团队合作进行工厂管理，建立有效沟通渠道以达到双赢战略	10%

5) Provide support to new product trials (incl. new packages) and timely settle the trial costs. 对新产品的试验提供帮助，并及时结算试验费用；	10%
