 To produce asepsis milk that can be preserved under normal temperature, its shelf-life span is the most headachy problem to every dairy factory. How to keep food fresh longer? Through over 2 years research and practice, we resolve this difficult problem at last.

    We adopt international advanced asepsis processing system to manufacture a variety of asepsis milk equipment, its high reliability and convenient automation control and easy operation and low maintenance cost are distinct virtues, most importantly, our products guarantee supremely stable and longer fresh-keeping period. Using our product line to producing the asepsis milk, low investment and take effect quickly, products have good taste. Using our product and cooperated with related equipment they can produce various kinds of liquid milk and beverage, such as soybean milk, apricot kernel milk, peanut milk, fruit juice milk, fruit beverage, acid emulsion, condiments.

    At present, a lot of enterprise received remarkable economic benefit from the product line. One of the dairy factory in shanxi province, after investment in November 2001, disposal 2T milk increase to about 15T everyday, the factory have about 1000 cows.  The cows are producing about 10T milk everyday. Original the factory can producing 1-2T pasteurise sterilize milk. The milk products  could get fresh-keeping  2  days in 0-8℃, the rest of the milk to producing powdered milk, but the powdered milk is poor sales and overstock, squeeze turnover of funds, Nowadays, it conquered the difficulty, Speed up  recycling funds. Also the long expiry date, Sales became relatively easy, increased sales volume continuously,

    Increased the economic benefit. There are about 100 product lines steady running in all parts of the country at the moment.

1. The product line main characteristic

a. Low investment: like producing pasteurize milk common factory, invest about500, 000. They can produceaseptic plastic pouch ---- soft packing bagging milk under normal temperature.

b. Function complete: They can producing pastrurised sterilize products, “UHT” super high temperature sterilize products; they can produce various kinds of milk, soybean milk, beverage, condiments, etc.

c. Sterilizing excellent results: adapting international advanced temperature control technique, the accuracy±0.1, heatingcurve smoothing, heating effect reliability, after treatment the materiel have morbidezza mouth feel, purity and tasty, keep original food value, heat transport complete., to utmost conserve energy.

d. Technical supremely stable: from sterilizer to asepsis packing machine, through asepsis tank, make the whole system keeping positive pressure status, guarantee material after packing still commercial asepsis, guarantee the products quality.

f.  Asepsis packing machine adapting international advanced asepsis processing technology, convenient automation control, easy operation, stable property, low maintenance cost.

    Many auxiliary equipment, such as air-free compressor, valve, pipefittings, required more than 5.5kg boiler pressure when arrived equipment. Steam volume 80kg/h, disinfectant 150kg/h, compressed air: 0.7Mpa dry air without oil, air wastage: 1.25m3/min.

    生产常温保存的无菌奶,其保质期的稳定性是各乳品厂家最感头痛的事情,怎样才能保证一年三百六十五天生产的产品天天都合格,月月、年年都合格呢?我公司经过两年的生产实践,完全解决了这个问题。

  我公司生产制造的无菌奶生产设备采用国际先进的无菌处理系统,性能可靠、自动化程度高、操作简单、维护费用低,关键在于具有极高的保质期稳定性,完全可与进口设备相媲美。使用我公司生产制造的生产线生产的无菌百利包装袋奶,投资小,见效快,产品口感好,并可配套生产各种花色品种,如:豆浆、豆奶、花生奶、果汁奶、果汁饮料、优酸乳、调味品等。目前已使很多企业收到了非常显著的经济效益。山西一乳品企业自二〇〇一年十一月投资我们这套生产线后,日处理鲜奶从开始的二吨左右,已增加到十五吨左右,该乳业公司自有奶牛1000多头,日产鲜奶十几吨,原来每天只能生产1-2T巴氏消毒奶,保质期为0-8℃2天,剩余的鲜奶做成奶粉,奶粉销路又一直不太好,造成积压,资金周转困难,如今完全克服这些困难,加快了资金回笼速度。又由于保质期长,销售变得相对容易,销量在不断扩大,经济效益大幅提高。目前已有近百条生产线在全国各地稳定地运转着。

一、 该生产线的主要特点:

  1. 投资小:像一般生产巴氏奶的厂家,投资在50万元左右,就可生产百利包——常温保鲜的软包装袋奶。

  2. 功能齐全:可做巴氏消毒的产品,也可做UHT超高温消毒的产品;可生产纯牛奶及花色牛奶,也可生产豆浆、饮料、调味品等,方便用户开拓市场。

  3. 灭菌效果好:采用国际先进的控温技术,控温精度达±0.1,加热曲线平滑,加热效果可靠,使处理后物料口感细腻、纯正可口,极大地保持了原有的营养价值,热交换完全,达到了最大限度的节能。

  4. 工艺稳定性高:从杀菌机到无菌包装机通过无菌连接罐,也可直连,使整个系统保持在一个无菌的正压状态,保证了商业无菌的物料包装后仍为商业无菌,保证了产品的质量

  5. 无菌包装机采用了国际先进的无菌保障系统,自动化程度高,方便操作,性能稳定且维护费用低。

二、该生产线的主要设备及技术参数。

  1. 均质机。

  2. 无菌型杀菌机:有板式和直管式两种型式,可半自动也可全自动控制。

  3. 无菌连接罐形式:无物料回流,能防止物料过热保证高品质,投资相对小。

     直连形式:要求杀菌机与无菌包装机的处理量要匹配,投资相对大。

  4. 无菌包装机有三种型号:SYBW-2000型、SYBW-3000型、SYBW-6000型。

  其它还有一些辅助设备,如无油空压机、阀门、管件等,锅炉的压力要求到达设备时为5.5kg以上,蒸气量80kg/h,消毒时120kg/h,压缩空气:0.7Mpa无油干燥空气,耗气量1.25m3/min。
