写给英语老师(美国求学)的信!

大学期间的一封信（03-01-31 18:25:34），转眼都已经4年了，今天读来大学的日子仍然是历历在目。

很庆幸在生命中碰到了这么好的英语老师，为我的人生指明了方向。

Dear Miss Zhang,  
         How are you these days?I guess you might be busy with your study again.If so,I wish everything goes well and wish you success.Tomorrow is Spring Festival,happy new year and may all your wishes come true in the coming new year.  
         Well,Miss Zhang,you could hardly imagine how surprised I was when I received your call.Neither could you imagine what a big surprise you had given to my other classmates.After all,three years isn't a short time,is it?There is no doubt that everybody remembers you,but actually nobody ever expected you to remember us,not to mention calling us.It was not simply a call,it's care,love and what's more,it's proof of the greatness of your beautiful mind.On behalf of my classmates,I thank you from the bottom of my heart.To be honest,we have never ever met a single great teacher like you.You have taught us not only English but also how to look at ourselves properly and improve ourselves.You have told us,"you have to ask yourself repeatedly whether you are No.1 in your class and whether you are No.1 in your school?"Hearing that,I realised how arrogant I used to be.The sense of superiority to others had misled me too long.It was not until then that I realised that compared with others I was nothing indeed,at least in their eyes I was not as important as I thought myself to be.Since then,I have studied very hard and tried my best to be something.During your 3 years' absence,I have got 4 times No.1 scholarship and 2 times No.2 scholarship.Without your instuction,how can I come this far?Maybe you haven't realised what an excellent teacher you are in my heart and what an excellent impression you have given to all of us.As far as I'm concerned,what you have said and done has greatly affected me and I owe all my success to you.As I'm going to graduate,whenever I recall my 4 years' life here,I always have a feeling that it might be misfortune to be in this University,but it was undoubtedly my fortune to have you as my teacher.I believe your being No.1 philosophy and your personality will live on in my heart and guide me through the rest of my life.And I also believe such philosophy will eventually lead you to success.Thank you once again for everything you have done during your presence here,and for remembering and caring about us.THANK YOU!  
       Well,maybe I have said too much.Haven't been a bother to you,I wish.Give my regards to your husband and happy new year to both of you.
