[做法]
w9n NFL&m01.将中筋面粉放盆内,加人开水2/3杯、冷水1/3杯,并加少许盐,揉匀成面团,盖上湿布醒20分钟。食品伙伴个性空间G W7Le,b&E~
2.韭菜洗净、切碎,粉丝泡软、切碎,两者混合后,加少许盐和香油调味,做成馅。
d[j8vNQ-[C03.将面团分小块,每块包人韭菜馅料少许,捏成包子状,再按扁,放人平底锅,用少量油煎至两面金黄即可盛出食用。

METHODS
f/[^\]vH01. Place flour in the pot, pour in 2/3c. boiling water and 1/3c cold water, add a bit of salt, knead to make a dough, then cover a wet cloth and set for 20 minutes.食品伙伴个性空间@X W X r$Y
2. Rinse and chop Chinese chive; soften the mung bean noodles in water, chop, mix the two kinds together, add salt and sesame oil to taste and make the filling.食品伙伴个性空间7DYjze qI
3. Divide the dough into small pieces, stuff the Chinese chive filling into each small dough and shape them as a bun, press flat,then fry with a little oil in fry pan, cook until golden on both sides, then serve.
